Deepika and Ranbir ready to romance again



It's only on-screen though, for Karan Johar's new movie

Their personal equation may have gone a bit sour after their break-up, but Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will romance on the big screen in Karan Johar's new movie 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani'.

It will be directed by Ayan Mukherjee, the man behind 'Wake Up Sid'.

"So hey... Ranbir and Deepika will be in Ayan Mukherjee's next titled... YEH JAWANI HAI DEEWANI!!! The Wake Up Sid boys on the floors from Jan!!" Karan posted on his Twitter page.

Deepika and Ranbir, who dated each other for over a year before heading for splitsville in 2009, were last seen in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' in 2008, and their sizzling chemistry was there for all to see.

For now, Karan is busy directing 'Student Of The Year', which will see three newcomers - Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan - entering the film industry.

"Am back on the sets of STUDENT OF THE YEAR (SOTY)!!! The young energetic crew makes me feel like a geriatric!!!" added the 39-year-old filmmaker.

Paris Hilton arrives in India





The heiress had Mumbai in a tizzy

International celebrity Paris Hilton finally arrived in Mumbai Saturday (September 24) morning and left the shutterbugs fluttering, as she stepped out of the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport dressed in a blue jumpsuit.

The heiress, who is in India on a three-day trip, came through a Turkish airlines flight at 4am and is staying in Mumbai's JW Marriot hotel.

"Even though it was early morning when Paris reached Mumbai, she looked very excited and was very friendly at the airport. She has now reached the hotel and will rest for sometime before starting her day," a source revealed.

Paris later tweeted, "Yay! So excited! This is going to be an amazing trip!"

She added, "Wow! What a warm welcome into Mumbai. Hundreds of fans and media waiting for me when I landed... I love you India!"

Paris, who is in the city to unveil Fall-Winter designs of her handbags, will address the media at 3pm and then she is expected to meet many celebrities and Bollywood stars at a party organised for her by socialite Queenie Singh at night.

FIRST LOOK: Kareena and Imran in 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu'


Catch the stars get quirky in Karan Johar's romantic comedy

Karan Johar has revealed the first look of his next movie, the Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' on Facebook. And it's certainly a colourful pic!

The first image has Kareena and Imran walking on a busy street wearing quirky, oversized shades, and eating cotton candy.

It was also been shared on the Facebook page that the movie will release next Valentine's Day.

Karan had posted the link and tweeted, "And here's Dharma's (Productions) next!"

'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu', being directed by Shakun Batra, was earlier called "Short Term Shaadi'. It was rumoured that the plot is an adaptation of the Hollywood film 'What Happens in Vegas', which starred Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. Karan, however, had denied those stories.

Soha Ali Khan gave away details of the couple's big day


The news has been in the air for a while, and now it has been confirmed. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan will be getting married in 2012. While the couple themselves have still not made the date official, the news was confirmed by Saif's sister Soha, in a media interaction after she walked the ramp as part of the Blender's Pride Tour in New Delhi.

Soha revealed the news quite by chance, saying, "They (Saif and Kareena) have been together for quite some time now and their relationship has grown. I can hardly wait for the wedding next year. There will be a number of functions and I am very excited about what to wear.”

While Saif did reveal yesterday what he would be wearing at the wedding, he didn't confirm that the wedding would happen next year. He did say however that this year the couple would be concentrating on his home production 'Agent Vinod' while they'd 'talk about' the marriage next year.

Yummy Mummy Lara!


Lara Dutta isn't letting her pregnancy get in the way of exercising. The model-turned actress knows how to stay fit during this time and is advising all mothers-to-be to take care of themselves while exercising.

"Super session in the gym! Feels good 2 work out even now!:-) All mommies 2 b, continue 2 exercise SAFELY thru ur pregnancy with proper guidance," Lara posted on her Twitter page.

The 33-year-old married ace tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi in February this year and is looking radiant and ravishing in all the public appearances she has made recently.

So, we've got another yummy-mummy in the making!

“Three Musketeers” gets a Hindi remake…


The popular novel, “Three Musketeers” which is written by Author Alexandre Dumas’ is all set to become a Bollywood movie.

If buzz is to be believed, It’s going to be Aamir Khan and Priyanka who would be essaying the prominent roles. Reportedly, PVR Pictures are in talks with the distributors of the Hollywood film.

According to a source, “They are considering casting Aamir as the Duke of Buckingham and Priyanka as Milady de Winter, who is one of the antagonists in the film. But the actors to play three musketeers are still not known.”

Abhi-Ash go baby shopping for junior!!


Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, the soon-to-be-parents, were spotted in London, baby shopping for the soon to arrive new family member. Excitement was clearly visible on the couples faces.

On their way back, the duo bumped into Urmila Matondkar at the Mumbai international airport. Urmila was super thrilled to see the couple. The actress congratulated the would be parents.

Actress Sridevi also came across Ash and Abhi at the airport. She wished the couple too.
